Code of Ethics

This Code of Ethics has been prepared by HOMITO Global. It is intended to guide all HOMITO partners, letting/real estate agents, brokers and developers in agreeing to our common ethical and professional platform how to execute our operation within the HOMITO partner network.

The Code of Ethics shall mirror how we as partners together conduct our work in terms in connection with transactions in general and dealings with clients, dealings with other letting/ real estate agents, brokers and developers within our HOMITO network.

We kindly ask you to read through our Code of Ethics and each agree on terms below.

1. KNOWLEDGE
All HOMITO Global Partners shall stay informed of all relevant matters affecting real estate in their community, town, city, province or country.

2. CERTIFIED All HOMITO
Global Partners shall be familiar with all relevant laws, ordinances, regulations, public policies, customs, standards and practices affecting real estate in their community, town, city, province or country, including the Unfair Competition Act.

3. CLIENT FIRST. HOMITO
Global Partners shall at all times protect and promote the interests of their clients while simultaneously giving fair treatment to all parties to a transaction.

4. RELIABILITY -NO TRICKS HOMITO
Global Partner shall not mislead any seller, buyer, real estate professional or other party to a transaction or use any deceptive or fraudulent practices in the conduct of his/her business.

5. TRUSTWORTHY
HOMITO Global Partner shall avoid exaggeration, misrepresentation or concealment of pertinent facts relating in any properly or transaction, and shall disclose all defects in properly known to such HOMITO Global Partner, which deflects substantially affect such property’s value or affect the intended use of such property; HOMITO Global Partners are not obliged, however, to discover latent defects in the properly or advise on matters beyond their expertise.
HOMITO Global Partners shall present true and accurate information in their listings on HOMITO home portal and or representations to the public, and shall not deceive or mislead the public in any way.

6. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS
HOMITO Global Partners shall recommend to their clients dial legal counsel be obtained when the interest of the client requires it.

7. EQUALITY
HOMITO Global Partners shall not deny equal professional services to any person for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, family status or national origin. HOMITO Global Partners shall not be party to any plan or agreement to discriminate against any person or persons on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, family status or national origin.

8. COMPETENCE
HOMITO Global Partner shall provide at least that level of competent service ordinarily expected by the public in its dealings with and other HOMITO partners. No HOMITO Global Partner shall render advice concerning matters that are beyond his/her professional expertise.

9. NO SECRETS
Global Partners shall not enter into any arrangement to accept compensation from more than one party of a transaction without full knowledge of all parties.

10. HONESTY
All HOMITO Global Partners shall maintain a special bank account, separate from their own funds, for amounts coming into their possession in trust for other persons.

11. RESPONSIBILITY WITH THE TRANSACTION
Global Partners, to the extent possible, shall ensure that all financial obligations and commitments between letting/real taste agent / sales associates and their clients regarding real estate transactions are in writing, are notarized, express the exact agreements of the parties, and otherwise conform to legal requirements.

12. SHARING OF COMMISSION
In cooperative transactions, all compensation owing in connection with a transaction shall be paid to the office with which the letting/real estate agent, broker and developer and not to the individual letting/real estate agent, broker and developer.

13. PRO TO PRO
concerning property listed exclusively on HOMITO home portal with a letting/ real estate agent, broker or developer shall he conducted with such letting/ real estate agent, broker or developer and not with the owner of the property, except with the consent of such letting/ real estate agent, broker or developer

14. OBLIGATION BY THE AGENT
Before accepting the mandate of a property, the HOMITO Global member has the obligation to make all reasonable efforts to obtain exclusivity for listing from the owner, as well as to determine that the property is not subject to another valid and valid agreement

Violations of the Code of Ethics will be addressed by HOMITO Global in a manner that it deems appropriate, acting in a fair and reasonable manner. Violations of the Code of Ethics may also be violations of certain contractual arrangements, possibly resulting in the disaffiliation of the HOMITO Global Partner network. The undersigned does hereby agree to abide by the specific provisions as well as the spirit of the HOMITO Global Code of Ethics, as it may be amended from time to time.
